Refunds & Returns
Change of Mind Returns:
In accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, H2D offers change of mind returns on products purchased from us, provided the return is made within 14 business days. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Please note that once a product has been opened or used, no refund will be issued. Due to health and hygiene standards, we do not resell used products. Individual results can vary depending on hair type and styling techniques.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we'll inspect it and notify you of its status. If approved, we'll initiate a refund to your credit card or original payment method.
Warranty Returns:
You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning items. If deemed faulty under the H2D warranty, you'll be refunded. For products in working condition, you're responsible for shipping costs. H2D is not liable for custom or duty taxes on international orders.
