Dispatch information

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. If your order requires additional handling time, we'll contact you promptly.

All parcels are sent with tracking. If the delivery driver determines that a safe drop isn't suitable, your parcel will be held at your nearest post office for collection.

If you'd like your purchase left in a particular location, please leave a note at checkout or contact us as soon as possible after ordering.

Please note: we cannot be held responsible for orders lost or stolen after delivery to the correct address.

Customs charges, duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Before ordering from overseas, please check the voltage of your chosen tool on our FAQ page. The H2D Xtreme and H2D Ultra Styler run on 220–240V only and cannot be used in the USA or Canada.
