Shipping, Return and Refund Policy
Shipping Information:
In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, H2D gladly accept change of mind returns on products that you have purchased from us, as long as it is within 7 business days. The product needs to be unopened, unused and in original packaging.
General Dispatch:
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of payment, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. If an order requires more than one business day for handling, we will promptly notify you.
Responsibility:
We do not assume responsibility for lost or stolen orders once the parcel has been delivered to the correct address.
Delivery Time:
We use Australia Post for most deliveries, with tracking included for purchases over $150. Deliveries are generally dispatched within 24 business hours. International shipping times range from one to three weeks, depending on customs and the destination.

Returns:
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 calendar days of your purchase, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we'll inspect it and notify you of its status. If approved, we'll initiate a refund to your credit card or original payment method.
Shipping and Returns:
You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning items. If deemed faulty under the H2D warranty, you'll be refunded. For products in working condition, you're responsible for shipping costs. H2D is not liable for custom or duty taxes on international orders.
