Dispatch Information:

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of payment (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). If your order requires additional handling time, we’ll reach out to you promptly.

All parcels are sent with tracking; however, if the delivery driver determines that safe drop isn’t suitable, your parcel will be held at the nearest post office for collection. If you would like your purchase to be left in a particular location, please leave a note at the checkout or contact us ASAP.

Please note, we cannot be responsible for orders lost or stolen after delivery to the correct address.
