Yes, it's perfectly normal for air to come out of the Xtreme cable. This airflow is part of a process called heat dissipation, where the tool releases built-up heat to prevent overheating. What does the E11 code on my digital screen mean?

The E11 code means your hair dryer filter needs a little TLC. Regular cleaning—inside and out—keeps your H2D Xtreme hair dryer running like a dream.
Check your instruction booklet for easy steps to activate the auto-clean function.
How do I clean my Xtreme filter?
1 - Turn off the hair dryer at the power button, but make sure the socket is still switched on at the wall.
2 - Press and hold the cool shot button for 5-10 seconds.
3 - A 10-second cleaning countdown will begin, let the magic happen!
4 - Once cleaning is done, remove the filter cover, brush off any dust or fluff, and place the cover back on.
How long is the warranty on the H2D Hair Care Professional Styling Tools?
All H2D Hair Care Professional Styling Tools comes with a 12- month replacement warranty! We don’t repair any of our styling tools. We automatically replace them if there's a proven genuine manufacturer fault.
